🍯 A Sweet Saturday at KLCII!

Our KLCII community came together this Saturday afternoon for a hands-on DIY Fermented Honey Workshop & Product Sampling, conducted by Single Origin, the local distributor of produce from Rai Ruen Rom (RRR), a sustainable organic farm in Chiang Rai, Thailand. 🌿

KLCII staff, students, families and friends tried their hand at crafting herbs-infused fermented honey.

Beyond the hands-on experience, it was a lovely opportunity to slow down, connect and enjoy some quality time together. 💛

Thank you to Single Origin and everyone who joined us for an afternoon of creating, tasting and unwinding together! 🍯✨

周六下午，智源教育学院校园迎来了一场轻松有趣的 DIY 发酵蜂蜜手作坊暨产品品鉴会。活动由Single Origin主办，让泰国清莱有机农场兼生态旅游胜地 Rai Ruen Rom (RRR) 的好物走进校园。🌿

KLCII 的教职员工、学生以及家人朋友齐聚一堂，亲手制作草本发酵蜂蜜。

Great coaching is not only about what a coach knows, but also whether they can see the lesson through the learner’s eyes.

During a recent Train-the-Trainers engagement with the coaching team at social enterprise swim school Red Dot Penguins (Red Dot Penguins ), we invited the coaches to experience what a lesson can feel like for a four-year-old swimmer. 

Rather than simply introducing another coaching framework, the session helped the team reflect on how technical coaching expertise can be translated into more age-appropriate instruction, stronger parent communication and a more consistent experience for every swimmer.

This forms part of Red Dot Penguins’ broader job redesign journey, strengthening the Head Coach role to provide greater oversight of coaching quality, coach development and the parent -customer experience. 

It also reflects how KLC Reimagineers approaches workplace learning: connecting redesigned roles with practical capability building to deliver better outcomes for the business, workforce and customers.

We are proud to partner with the Red Dot Penguins' leadership and coaching team as they continue investing in their people and raising the quality of swim education.
