On January 26, 2026, we were honoured to have Eleos Tan, Chair of the Youth Committee of the IMarEST, deliver an insightful speech at our Student Mentorship Programme (SMP) Opening Ceremony.

The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST) is an international professional membership body and learned society for people working in marine engineering, marine science, and marine technology.

A huge thank you to Eleos for sharing the diverse career pathways in marine engineering and technology. We’re also incredibly grateful to the Singapore Joint Branch (RINA & IMarEST) for sponsoring a wonderful dinner for all our mentors and mentees. 🍽️✨

It was a perfect way to kick off our mentorship journey, highlighting the importance of professional registration and lifelong learning as we navigate our future careers.
