🚀 Last Saturday, 29 August 2026, we partnered with Singapore Association of Administrative Professionals to deliver a 2-hour workshop, "The AI-Powered Administrative Professional: Practical Generative AI Skills for Today's Workplace," led by our Associate Trainer, Edwin Liok.
Participants had the opportunity to explore how AI can support and enhance everyday administrative work, while learning practical ways to use ChatGPT and other Generative AI tools to improve productivity and communication.
During the workshop, participants learned how to:
✅ Understand AI's role in today's workplace
✅ Use Generative AI tools effectively for everyday tasks
✅ Apply practical prompting techniques to achieve better results
✅ Leverage AI for planning, decision-making, and professional development
✅ Use AI responsibly and confidently
The session was highly engaging, with enthusiastic participation, great questions, and lively discussions throughout. We are delighted that participants walked away with valuable insights and practical skills they can immediately apply in their work.
