NEW HYDROFIT program
After almost 2yrs and countless feedback, we decided to change Hydrofit into a program instead of being an activity
What does that mean?
Hydrofit used to be an activity that involves individuals performing workouts on a float platform
Hydrofit is now a HIIT program that combines all the elements of land, water resistance and of course the Floating Mats too:)
