Quads finally quading (sorta)
When time is limited, I always choose to go for compound exercises. Compound exercises are multi-joint movements that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously.
Plus, if time permits, to also add in a b***y workout such as hip thrust.
When you feel like you have nothing else to give and all you did was to show up, that’s still a win. Be kind to yourself.
Pull ups - still one of my favourite go-tos when a gym is not possible.
Gentle reminder that you don’t have to aim for the sky. You just have to be slightly better than who you were yesterday.
Showing up even on days you don’t feel like it.
That’s a win.
Full body workout in 1 hour.
Just 4 exercises.
Lunchtime session.

CNY did what CNY does. One too many bak kwa, almond cookie and love letter, and body fat took a hit.
But it’s ok, to each its own but I personally enjoy the occasional binge. I train to feel strong and push my physical and mental limits, not training for any competition. So set backs don’t bother me that much. We’ll bounce back 💪🏻💪🏻
FULL BODY. 6 EXERCISES.
When I have limited time to gym in the week, my preferred split is always full body x number of days I have to gym that week.
1 hour lunch break workout. Full Body.
