Two areas where there may be potential upside to property prices include 1) Paya Lebar & 2) Keppel waterfront.
1) When the paya lebar airport shifts to Changi, properties within the vicinity can be taller due to the removal of height restrictions (because of flight paths previously).
2) Similarly, when the port activities shift (happening now btw) to Tuas, it will free up lots of waterfront spaces. More sea view properties coming 😍.
