Fresh Cream Flowers Bouquet Cake

Join us to make a birthday flower bouquet for your loved ones or treat yourself with a lovely and beautiful edible flower bouquet made of fresh cream and sponge cake.
Class Content:
What you will learn in fresh cream bouquet workshop:
*Hands-on to make the right texture of fresh cream for piping.
*Special techniques of
colouring mixing .
*Learn how to piping:
~Garden rose,
~Rose Bud
~Delphinium ,
~Leaf
~Stem
*Hands on how to make the
bouquet with the real cake
*How to decorate the cake for
a more realistic look and able
to last 4-6 hours in outdoor
temperature, 10-12 hours in
room temperature.
**Sponge cake recipe to bring home. (no baking in the class). You will provided a ready cake base.
