It has been a busy 2023 and I have not been updating frequently on FB. Many thanks to the parents who believe in Discover Everyday and enrolled their children in our STEM programmes. It has been a joy working with the children :) The love I received from the children is truly amazing! I am very grateful to the parents who took precious time to share their feedback with me. It truly makes my day knowing that the children are falling in love with STEM and hopefully inspire them to pursue a STEM career in future :) I consolidated some parents's feedback from this year to spur me on whenever I need a little boost to persevere on when the going gets tough! Hope 2024 will be an even better year!

A circular plastic milk powder cover can be easily bent to form a semicircle. However, its strength greatly increased when triangles are created within it using paper straws. See how hard our children tried to bend it but to no avail!

Seeing is believing but we go one step further and let our children experience it! After discovering the three weak cardboard squares cannot support the weight of a 500ml bottle of water, our children discover how creating triangles within the cardboard squares strengthens them and allows them to support not one but three bottles of 500ml of water!
