🫵🏻 You’re welcome to get fit with Wing Chun power training because lifting weights is cool, but learning how to generate shocking power with minimal effort feels way more main-character.

Went beyond the standard curriculum, the goal wasn’t just movement, but developing deeper body awareness, sharper control, and a stronger physical foundation.

As students progress, I’ll be layering in more advanced, stackable modules designed to elevate coordination, performance, and overall mastery step by step!

Not everyone trains to fight people.

Stepped into a short sparring session with a student seasoned in Sanda, TKD, and Judo, walked out sharper on both sides.

Almost a decade immersed in Ip Man Wing Chun, yet the path feels freshly opened. The art continues to reveal itself complex in detail, practical in essence.

The knowledge and guidance from my sifu Terrance Ho and sigong Dennis Lee have quietly molded my kung fu, shaping not just how I move, but how I think.

Kung fu reflects life. Through cultivation, focus, and refinement, we are continuously shaped, always moving closer to our best self.

Looking back on my 9+ years and counting journey, 2026 stands out as the most challenging yet and the year that shaped me most profoundly into a better individual.

Deeply grateful to Sifu Terrance Ho, Sigong Dennis Lee, and everyone who has guided me along this path. The greatest takeaway? An open mindset for constant refinement. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the steady guidance of my Sifu.
