🌍 Module 2 Completed – Operational Resilience Expert Implementer (OR-5000)
We have successfully concluded Module 2 of the Operational Resilience Expert Implementer (OR-5000) programme, bringing together an exceptional international cohort of professionals from Canada, Bermuda, Saudi Arabia, Spain, the Philippines, and Singapore.
One of the most rewarding aspects of facilitating this programme is witnessing how operational resilience has become a truly global discipline. Regardless of geography, organisations face common challenges: identifying critical business services, understanding complex interdependencies, defining impact tolerances, conducting scenario testing, and securing executive-level commitment to resilience initiatives.
What makes the OR-5000 programme particularly challenging is that it goes beyond theory. Participants are required to translate regulatory expectations and industry best practices into practical implementation approaches within their own organisations. Discussions often span governance, operational risk management, cyber resilience, business continuity management, third-party risk management, and organisational change management.
The diversity of perspectives shared during the sessions has been invaluable. Participants openly exchanged experiences from financial institutions, critical service providers, and regulated industries, creating a rich learning environment where everyone benefits from the group's collective expertise.
