DAY 1...JUMP KICK & MULTIPLE KICKS
The workshop kicked off in style with a focus on kicking techniques. Participants were guided step by step on how to execute proper jump kicks and multiple kicks. While the moves may have looked easy, putting them into practice was a different challenge. There was plenty to learn, but despite the difficulty, everyone had fun and found the session valuable.

Welcome to Singapore! We are all set for an action-packed experience of Freestyle Taekwondo. They will be pushing the limits of our participants and unlocking new skills.

This is the moment to level up and take flight. Let's go!

INDUK TRAINING CAMP KOREA 2023
'NAMCHANG 35TH ANNIVERSARY SEMINAR CELEBRATION'

After a brief hiatus, we are back to training at NAMCHANG Dojang and TRIPLE-J in Suwon, Korea...!

INDUK Singapore gathered this morning in Seoul before heading off to Suwon to kick-start a 6-day taekwondo training camp.

We will be joined by INDUK Thailand for their first trip to Suwon, to participate in the 2-Day seminar in celebration of Namchang Dojang’s 35th Anniversary...

It was a challenging few years for INDUK Thailand during the Covid period, but the team never gave up and held it together with determination and ingenuity. While the "battle" was tough, it is clear that INDUK Thailand has emerged stronger.

We would like to thank Head Coach -. Mr. SHIN and School Manager - Khun TOP, for steering the school during those difficult times. But it is the faith and support given to Team INDUK Thailand from parents and students, that we greatly appreciate...

INDUK Tkd’s Head Coach, Ms. NARI LEE, who is also the National Poomsae Team Coach, leads the SGP Poomsae Team.

Our Taekwondo athletes were all in great spirits; and we wish them, and all the other SG athletes in Phnom Penh, the very best in their competitions! GO TEAMSG!

Wrapping up the Lunar New Year with a visit by World Taekwondo Council Member - Grandmaster INSEON KIM. His visit was such a honour for INDUK Taekwondo Dojang; and also for our coaching team (and some of our students) to meet him.

Have a safe trip, and we look forward to Grandmaster KIM's next visit to INDUK, when he said that he will don his dobok and conduct a training session for our students...!

It was "人日", 7th Day of Lunar New Year; and we could not have chosen a better date for INDUK’s Annual CNY Dinner. After two years of Covid restriction, the evening was a great session to "reconnect", as the entire team got together for the first time. There were plenty of laughter as stories and jokes were shared. The evening’s highlight was the surprise sure-win lucky draw, where everyone was a winner...! Everyone was in high spirit and looking forward to challenging the year ahead...!
