Catholic Theological Institute of Singapore has been setup to provide systematic faith formation for the laity in Singapore.

Catholic Theological Institute of Singapore was established in 2013 to cater to the spiritual needs of the lay faithful by providing systematic faith formation, and to assist the lay faithful to live out their vocation to play an active role in this era of New Evangelisation. Since 2014, CTIS has been offering theology courses in English and Mandarin languages to Catholic Singapore citizens and Singapore permanent residents.
