Home, Where Little Moments Matter 🐾💙

For our special exhibition, Home, this young artist invites us to see home through the quiet companionship of a beloved pet.

A curious cat perched beside an aquarium becomes a snapshot of everyday life — the familiar corners, little routines, and comforting presence that make a space feel truly ours.

Through colour, texture, and careful observation, the artwork captures a simple but meaningful idea: sometimes, home is found in the small moments that bring us joy. 🐱✨

For our special exhibition "Home", this Secondary student chose to explore home through something deeply personal — a meal he cooked for his family.

Layered with handwritten recipes, ingredients, and illustrations of the dishes he prepared, the artwork captures more than food. It reflects the warmth of gathering, the joy of creating something for loved ones, and the quiet sense of belonging found in sharing a meal together.

Sometimes, home is not just a place.
Sometimes, it is the food we make, the people we make it for, and the memories we create around the table. ❤️

✨Trial highlights from Artgrain Jurong East✨

Esther learned to draw a Stork wading through water in our Foundational arts trial! She captured the texture on the bird beautifully using acrylic paint in this wonderful painting !

Our Foundational Program introduces students to the basic fundamentals of art by teaching them about observational skills, how to identify shapes, colors and tonal variations to create their artworks !
