We are back for our first training session of 2026!
In Hapkido, we learn to move with the world around us. We ROLL to find our footing, FLIP our perspectives, THROW away old doubts, and SLAM down our goals with focus and intent.
Let’s "Grand Slam" our way into a stronger, more disciplined version of ourselves this year. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or the thousandth, the journey continues today.
