Maverick Martial Arts offers competitive and non-competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for adults
We had the privilege of training with the lovely ladies from East Coast Manta Rays Rugby this past Friday. We were supposed to help them with their takedown skills, but as you can see from the vid, they probably don't need much help. Thanks . It was a blast working with you guys. We have no doubt you will dominate the Rugby scene for many seasons to come. 💪💪💪
