It was an emotional roller coaster ride. For all of us! The challenges our young leaders face today are very different from what we faced 20 or 30 years ago.

Experiences shape values. Experiences have changed and with that, values and character do too. However, when we expose our young leaders to powerful experiences, they have the ability to rise to the challenge.

What I am most upset about education today is that we have made our students victims of learning. That has to end right now. They are heroes; Superheroes and it is time for them to know that.

When we all individually do our parts, learning takes care of itself. Let's make learning natural.
