We just wrapped up our Level 2 Enneagram Coaching Certification with a dynamic group of motivated professionals. Their enthusiasm for coaching using the 9POV profiling tool, Subtypes, Paradigm Shifts, and coaching templates to strengthen personal and interpersonal dynamics was evident throughout.

Participants applied insights in real-time to clear Type biases, enhance leadership capabilities, and elevate their recruitment practices. It was powerful to witness their dedication and the practical integration of the Enneagram into their roles.

What an amazing cohort we had for the second run of our Enneagram Advanced Practitioner Certification Level 3! This was a deeply engaged, introspective and vulnerable group of participants who have been learning the Enneagram for some time. Just wrapped up our first Level 3 Advanced Practitioner’s Certification, and what an incredible run it was! After several months of collaboration, planning and hard work, Granville and Alicia were thrilled to see their co-creation kick off with a bang.

We had a fantastic, highly engaged group of leaders and practitioners who dove deep into Subtypes, Fixations, Passions and their paths of growth, Typing, Teams and Advanced Coaching.

This certification is meant for our most advanced practitioners who are serious about using the tools taught to coach their teams and charges. These exercises are meant to trigger and provoke patterns to facilitate self-discovery and make a crucial reset.

We have no doubt that this group will commit to important shifts in their growth paths and can’t wait to see how they will apply their newfound knowledge in their personal and professional lives. Thanks for spending 4 very special days with us and making our pilot Level 3 such a wonderful success!

EQ World conducted the inaugural run of the EQ Practitioner Certification in Chennai last week. We had a blast deep diving into themes related to pattern recognition, behavior shifts, beliefs, motivations and values that drive our behavior. Am waiting to combine this knowledge with a paired certification featuring the Enneagram. I gathered that Indians are deep thinkers and avid readers. I look forward to our 2nd run in November. Thank you, Naga, Ken and Veena for making this a great success.

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Zuby Osman to commence operations of EQ World Australia.

Zuby Osman is a certified global Emotional Intelligence coach and Enneagram practitioner, and PhD Scholar and Lecturer at Flinders University's College of Business, Government, and Law. She heads her own consultancy, recently contributing as lead content consultant for Singapore's Professional Ethics course via Kaplan Professional. She is also a speaker for RGSM Singapore, covering soft skills, leadership, emotional intelligence, mental wellness, resilience, and financial services.

As recent as last year, she was the Vice President and Head of Distribution Training at Great Eastern Life Singapore. Zuby led her team to win the Education Insurance Initiative of the Year award in 2022 and 2023. She was also the first corporate Training Head in Asia certified as a Chartered Insurance Agency Manager, and an IBF Advanced veteran in Financial Services.

Our team at EQ World has many exciting plans in the pipeline for Australia and is fully committed to bringing the Enneagram, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, and Leadership to this new region. We look forward to this exciting partnership.
