The sculptural rabbit dressed in haute couture, wearing a gown inspired by the icy clarity of deep water and how it shifts through the seasons. Designed by Raffles Fashion Designer SMOLKINA Irina, with inspiration drawn from Elie Saab's Fall/Winter 2026-2027 Haute Couture collection.

The details reflect that same fluid, shimmering quality:

✨MEET "MOONLITE HARVEST" ✨

A sculptural jewellery piece where myth meets modern design. 🐇🌕

Crafted by three Raffles Designers — Jewellery Designers Sachiko Pretty Ralovki, and ZHUANG Ao Hong, and Fashion Designer WU Yeying — each contributing to the final outfit for Moonlite Harvest rabbit’s debut:

📖 Sachiko Pretty Ralovki — storytelling with jewellery designs rooted in culture and nature

⚙️ Zhuang Ao Hong — tech-forward production to bring design to life

🌿 Wu Yeying — shaping Chinese mythology and nature into bold silhouettes

Together? Heritage meets innovation.

Inspired by the Mid-Autumn Festival and the legend of the Jade Rabbit pounding the elixir of life beneath the cosmic osmanthus tree, the design features a pale blue silk mantel draped like moonlight, wrapped around gilded osmanthus branches, delicate blossoms, and crystal snowflakes. ❄️🌸

It's autumn's warmth meeting winter's quiet stillness — a piece that captures the exact moment one season lets go and another begins.

What happens when French royalty meets the Moon Goddess? You get “Robe De Lune.”

Designed by Raffles Fashion Marketer, KHAN Aafreen, for Paragon Shopping Centre Mid-Autumn Lumiére, this showstopper fuses European court elegance with Chinese Mid-Autumn folklore.

Taking cues from Élisabeth Vigée Le Brun’s 1788 portrait of Marie-Antoinette en robe de velours bleu (in a blue velvet robe), Aafreen draped the deep blue velvet coat with hand stitches in gold thread, and celestial constellations in crystal embellishments. This outfit reimagines the legend of Chang’e, Hou Yi, and the Jade Rabbit through lavish aesthetic of 1788 Marie-Antoinette.

Look at what hopped over to Raffles Singapore!

In an exclusive collaboration with Paragon Shopping Centre, our Raffles Designers and Marketers brought creativity to life for the fashionable rabbits attending the Mid-Autumn Lumiére at Paragon in celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival this September.

From sketches to couture, each outfit is hand stitched, beaded, accessorised, and personalised for each rabbit “attending” this media event.

Let’s go to one of the world's best rainforest zoos at Mandai Wildlife Reserve in Singapore!

Raffles Animation and Games Designers headed out to the Singapore Zoo for an up-close encounter with the animals, even touching a rare albino snake.

During the field trip, the Designers practised their drawing skills by observing the animals’ behaviours and movements, and brought a piece of this memory back home in their sketches.

Stepping out of the studio and straight to the pass! 🍳✨

Raffles Interior Designers were in Mama Shelter’s Restaurant & Bar (Mama Shelter Singapore) to understand how a commercial kitchen works and the importance of design for the kitchen to be functional. In this case, this kitchen has to be neat and presentable at all times as it is visible to diners.

Led by the Mama Shelter culinary team, the Interior Designers explored real-world back-of-house operations – from spatial planning of heavy-duty exhaust hoods and commercial refrigeration to optimizing high-traffic service lanes.

Accompanied by Creative Practitioner Rosa Liane DA SILVA LOPES, the group wrapped up the experience with a fantastic meal together.

Why is Karyn back on campus? To support Raffles Fashion Designers, again!

Singapore artiste Karyn Wong 黄诗敏 is taking Raffles Fashion Designer Caylie Lotus KWANDY’s designs to her "iamnotagirl" show! Karyn has chosen pieces from Caylie’s ‘Threads of Java’ collection which is inspired by a fusion of Indonesia’s Dutch colonial past and modern-day elegance.

From Raffles Singapore to Luxury Fashion house. 👗✨

ZHAO Xueer, Cher graduated from Raffles Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Fashion. Her work has been recognised both locally and internationally where she was named Top 60 Finalist of the Frankfurt Style Award for Create Your Revolution category, 2nd Prize at a University Global Fashion Challenge, featured in “Dress Sustainably” exhibition at Paragon in 2020, and created the acclaimed showcase “Reflect” and “Body Perception” which explored future environmental challenges and human adaption.

Today, she's an Alterationist in a luxury fashion brand in Beijing, working on garments worth more than S$10,000 each.

Her path from Raffles Singapore to one of the world's most storied luxury maisons is a reminder that the craft we teach translates directly into industry-ready, real-world skill. Additionally, Raffles Singapore wants to wish her a fabulous birthday!

Why is Karyn WONG ( Karyn Wong 黄诗敏) at Raffles Singapore campus?

Karyn, a Singaporean emcee, actress, radio DJ, and singer-songwriter, has set her eyes on the ‘Timeless Heritage’ collection by Raffles Fashion Designer NGUYEN My Linh. Inspired by the traditional Vietnamese outfits, Áo tứ than worn by Vietnamese ladies in the 17th century, My Linh wishes to share her heritage through fashion and keep this traditional outfit relevant in modern days.

In addition, she applied intricate basket weaving and double-layered sewing techniques to celebrate craftsmanship and promote a versatile and sustainable wardrobe for modern ladies.
