The Change Agent is designed to give undergraduates in Singapore an opportunity to experience the dynamism and excitement behind a high-growth local company, and to groom them toward becoming tomorrow's business leaders. They pick up practical skills and learn from the best! Participants will be issued a total of 3 challenges:
1. See how well they can sell themselves as a Change Agent to our men
tors. Produce a short proposal in response to a challenge issued by our judges. They will be asked to tackle either a business, marketing or business operations-related challenge within 120 minutes. It could be to design a social media awareness campaign or test out a customer survey to improve a company's product offerings. This is a group challenge and promises lots of fun!
3. Design a business proposal for a yet-to-be-disclosed company, to ensure market competitiveness and sustainability. This is the chance for finalists to show us what they're really made of. Our head honchos will mentor the finalists through this challenge. This, too, is a group challenge. Contestants will be eliminated at each round. Those who survive all three challenges will be awarded Best Group and possibly even the title of The Ultimate Change Agent. See who's left standing!
