The Change Agent is designed to give undergraduates in Singapore an opportunity to experience the dynamism and excitement behind a high-growth local company, and to groom them toward becoming tomorrow's business leaders. They pick up practical skills and learn from the best! Participants will be issued a total of 3 challenges:

Congratulations to Team Mr Bean who bagged both titles of
The Best Change Agent Team and also The Ultimate Change Agent (Individual). Mr Bean is made up of Alvin Koh Guo Wei, Koh Ning Jia and Tai Kai Jie.
All the suspense on the winning Change Agent Team and Ultimate Change Agent boils down to this- the most stunning finale presentation we can hope for.

We especially like Team Scanteak's idea on 121212- global viral campaign, Team HSL's reinvention of photobook to coffee table book and Team Mr Bean's video which tugged on the heartstrings of the audience on how a photobook can be the exact thing you need for a wedding proposal.

Here we have the final 3 teams who stood against all challenges to make it to the finale event. Congratulations all!
They are Team Scanteak- led by Zhou Mi; Team HSL- led by Kenny Ong; and Team Mr Bean- led by Alvin Koh. They are bound to compete in the last round, all happening tomorrow at 9am on Civil Service College Auditorium.
Come and feel the adrenaline in their pitches to our panel of judges. Supporters and fans, warm up your voices to cheer them on as your votes will count towards 30% of the final score.
May the Ultimate Change Agent and Best Change Agent Team win tomorrow! We are all hyped up!

Introducing Mr. Tan Jit Khoon who is one of the panel of judges for The Change Agent Finale Event and also the CEO of Winson Press, the company who is issuing the final challenge to our change agents.
The Ultimate Change Agent in his mind is someone who is "able to identify & inspire opportunities. He is able to see, and get others to see the opportunities amongst the clutter. In order to effect change, he has to ‘affect’ change in the people around you."
