The Heritage Pte Ltd is a Multi-Family Office based in Singapore founded by Tay Jun Hao, Goh Tee Leng and Xavier See. Hailing from banking, commodities, med

icine and construction business families in Singapore, the trio developed a reputation for being young and reliable business people and competent money managers. The founders were aligned with goal a common and simple goal: To preserve the wealth of their families together. Throughout the years, they witnessed family and friends suffer from poor investment advice, questionable investment schemes amidst a growingly competitive economy starved of opportunity. 2016 was the height of pessimism for the Singaporean economy and it was at that time that they launched the Heritage Multi-Family Office and their flagship Heritage Value Fund, which they envisioned as Singapore's family investment fund for families, by families. At Heritage, investing is our family business.

Tay Jun Hao, Goh Tee Leng and Xavier See are partners aligned by a common responsibility of being entrusted to manage the wealth of their families. By combining together their intellectual capital, networks and resources, they formed The Heritage to empower and support one another to achieve a shared goal of preserving the financial heritage of their families.

In 2016, after encouragement and requests from a growing number of friends and family, The Heritage launched their flagship Heritage Global Capital Fund (http://www.heritagefund.com.sg/). Today, they are proud to be serving families from Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, USA and the Maldives.

What We Do

Our foremost investment goal has always been, and will always be the same.

Do not lose money.

We have found that with patience, areas of opportunity that present an overwhelmingly favourable risk:reward asymmetry will present themselves. Simply put, as opposed to a few high-risk, high-reward opportunities, we prefer to work hard to find multiple low-to-medium risk opportunities to invest in.

Since 2012, we have a demonstrated record of consistently achieving this goal. Coincidently, our parents are our biggest clients and we often like to offer a “joke” that we must not lose money at all costs, otherwise we will have no peace even at home.
