✨ FULLY BOOKED ✨

Our upcoming Spanish Tapas Masterclass with Chef José Alonso is now completely sold out. Thank you so much for the overwhelming support 🤍

We are truly looking forward to welcoming everyone this Sunday for an afternoon of authentic Spanish flavours, stories, and hands on learning with Chef José.

This class holds a deeper meaning for us.

It is organised in support of Battampore , a non profit dedicated to providing access to education for children in rural Cambodia. In many of these communities, children still face the reality of choosing between school and child labour.

Through education, they are given a chance to build a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Battampore has already supported over 4,000 children and built 27 schools, and they are now working towards building a new kindergarten for more than 100 children.

We are proud to share that proceeds from this class will go towards supporting this effort.

Thank you for being part of this with us 🤍

After weeks of preparation, menu development, and testing recipes, today is finally the day.

Very excited to welcome Chef Ace to the studio today for this special demonstration class. A lot of work happens behind the scenes to curate each class carefully, from refining the menu to making sure every recipe is ready for our students to learn from.

Looking forward to an inspiring afternoon of learning, techniques, and great food with everyone joining us today.
