大树与松鼠
玩法介绍：两位小朋友扮演“大树”，其余小朋友则化身“松鼠”。当“猎人”现身时，松鼠们要迅速钻进圈圈中躲藏。没能及时躲进圈圈的松鼠就要“下场休息”一下，为下一轮做好准备！

🎯 活动目标：
透过富有趣味的游戏方式，引导孩子们学习与同伴合作、提升专注力与反应速度，同时培养团队意识和规则意识。

As part of the Open House experience, children will set off on a delightful journey through four Exploration Stations. Each station offers hands-on activities that showcase MapleBear’s play-based learning approach.

🌟 At every stop, little explorers will:

✅Dive into engaging activities

✅Collect a beautifully designed postcard

✅Piece together all 4 postcards to complete their very own MapleBear journey!

But this is more than just a tour. Autumn Adventures is a magical learning experience for the whole family — a chance to see how MapleBear nurtures curiosity, creativity, compassion, communication, confidence, and joy in every child.

虽然因为天气的关系，没办法到泳池玩水，但老师们带着孩子们在校内的沐浴区展开了一场别开生面的“水世界”探险！

孩子们在花洒下尽情戏水，亲手搭建水管管道，还用水杯将水倒入漏斗中，边玩边观察水的流动与变化。
每一个小实验都激发了他们的好奇心与探索精神，小朋友们玩得既开心又投入！

蔬菜大探索，开启健康味蕾之旅!

孩子们在本次活动中认识了黄瓜、番茄、生菜等常见蔬菜。通过切开黄瓜和番茄，他们观察到了蔬菜内部的种子位置，进一步了解了蔬菜的构造，激发了他们对大自然的好奇心和探索欲。

在老师的引导下，孩子们动动小手制作蔬菜色拉，从洗菜、撕菜到摆盘，每一步都认真投入，锻炼了手部精细动作与独立完成任务的能力。

品尝过后，孩子们还学会了用完整句子表达自己的喜好，比如：
🗣️“我喜欢吃番茄！”
🗣️“我不喜欢吃生菜。”

这不仅是一次味觉与动手的体验，更是一次语言表达能力和自主选择意识的培养过程。

Our Sunshine Tots enjoyed an exciting activity designed to support color recognition and instruction-following in a playful, hands-on way!

Children practiced matching colored balls to balloons on the board by following two-step instructions. To make it even more fun, they rolled colored dice to randomly determine which ball to pick before finding its matching balloon.

This engaging activity helped the children strengthen the following:

🧠 Listening skills

🔁 Memory and recall

🌈 Color identification

🧩 Following multi-step instructions

To ensure every child could participate confidently, the activity was differentiated and simplified as needed—supporting all learners at their individual pace.

本节课，孩子们专注学习了如何为不同的物品和动物选择正确的量词。通过轮流说说看到的图片内容，大家一起动脑思考：“是‘一只’老虎，还是‘一头’？”、“是一把剪刀，还是一件剪刀？”

面对不熟悉的搭配，孩子们学会使用排除法来找出最合理的答案，逻辑推理能力也在活动中悄悄提升了呢！

接着，孩子们自由选择一组量词和对应的动物或物品，动手剪贴，并亲自写下完整的句子。在书写过程中，他们认真观察字的结构和大小，努力调整排版，每一位小朋友都展现了专注力和自我要求的提升👍🏻

这堂课不仅让孩子们加深了对量词的理解，也锻炼了表达力、判断力和书写能力，是一堂收获满满的语文启蒙体验！

🎨 审美与创意表达：探索海底世界 🌊🐠

在这次充满创意的美术活动中，孩子们用画笔和颜料描绘出他们心中的“大海”背景，再结合画笔与黏土，动手制作出自己喜欢的海洋生物。

通过观察与创作，孩子们不仅认识了多种海洋生物的名称，还细致观察了它们的外貌特征。在自由表达的过程中，他们发挥了丰富的想象力，也锻炼了动手能力与手眼协调力。

这是一堂融合了审美体验与知识探索的艺术之旅，让孩子们在玩中学、做中想，开启了对海洋世界的初步认识与热爱。🌊✨

✨ Letterland Fun! ✨

Our little learners had an exciting week diving into the world of Letterland through fun, hands-on activities that brought letters to life!

🔠 J is for Juicy Jelly!
As part of our learning for the letter J, the children took on the role of little chefs and made their very own juicy jelly. From stirring the mixture to carefully pouring it into small cups, they were fully involved in the process. This cookery activity not only helped reinforce the sound and shape of the letter J, but also boosted their confidence, coordination, and independence. Of course, the best part was tasting their colourful jelly creations!

🎨 W is for Wiggly Wheels!
To explore the letter W, the children enjoyed a vibrant and creative painting session using toy vehicles and primary-coloured paints. Rolling their cars along the W pathway, they left behind bright, wiggly tracks while chatting about Walter Walrus and the /w/ sound. This activity sparked joy and curiosity as they experimented with colours and patterns. It was a fantastic way to reinforce letter recognition while supporting sensory exploration, fine motor development, and imaginative play.

Through these interactive experiences, our children are growing more confident in their phonics journey—one letter at a time! 💡📚

🐴 A Day at Gallop Stable! 🐴
Our little adventurers had a truly enriching and memorable time at Gallop Stable (Downtown East)—an outing filled with learning, laughter, and lots of animal love!

Here are some of the moments they’ll remember:
Stable Tour – The children explored where the horses live and discovered how the stables are kept clean and comfortable.

Animal Feeding – With gentle hands and joyful hearts, they fed friendly animals and connected with nature.

Grooming Session – They brushed and cared for ponies up close, building confidence and empathy as little caregivers.

Pony Joy Ride – The highlight of the day! A calm, guided ride gave them a magical taste of horse riding fun.

This wonderful experience brought our children closer to the animal world in a safe, interactive environment—encouraging curiosity, compassion, and confidence every step of the way.
