🇮🇳 Celebrating India’s 80th Independence Day at GIG International School! 🇮🇳✨

A celebration of freedom, unity, heritage and the spirit of a better India! Our Cambridge Secondary 3A students brought the occasion to life through vibrant skits, songs and energetic dances, celebrating India’s rich culture and journey to independence.
Our Primary students joined the celebrations through a special Little Patriot Bingo House Activity by Sapphire House, while students also took part in an engaging Eco Debate Challenge, exploring meaningful topics such as “A Clean India is a Proud India.” 🌱🇮🇳

Through celebration, discussion and reflection, our students are learning that patriotism is not just about remembering the past, but also about working together to build a cleaner, kinder and brighter future. 🌏✨

🇸🇬✨ Celebrating Singapore at 61! ❤️🤍

Our students at GIG International School came together to celebrate Singapore’s 61st National Day with an assembly filled with energy, pride and creativity! From lively skits and spirited dances to heartfelt songs, our students brought the National Day spirit to life. 🎶

But the celebrations went beyond the festivities. While our Cambridge Secondary students took part in the House debate activity, they engaged in meaningful discussions on issues that matter to Singapore’s future — from “Does AI improve education in Singapore?” to “Should Singapore ban single-use plastics?” Through these conversations, our students are learning that being a good citizen is not just about celebrating our nation, but also about caring for our community, thinking critically about the challenges we face, and playing a part in building a better tomorrow. 🌱🇸🇬
