So proud of Dionne - your hard work is truly shining through
Dionne is every teacher's dream: diligent, responsible, and consistently hardworking. Happy and proud to teach you
Before their vocabulary test, my Primary 3 pupils took part in a lively matching game on phrasal verbs and the classroom immediately came alive. Instead of quietly memorising, they worked in small groups, discussing answers, helping one another, and even laughing as they figured things out together.
What stood out was how naturally they learnt. As they talked through their choices, they were not just guessing. They were thinking, explaining, and correcting one another. This kind of interaction builds real understanding and confidence.
Learning does not have to feel stressful or dull. When children are engaged and enjoying the process, they absorb concepts far more effectively. Group work, when guided well, turns learning into something meaningful and something they look forward to.
