Homecoming 2026 ✨
Every year, this gathering reminds us that school isn’t just about lessons and exams — it’s about people. Another year, another milestone cohort returned to meet the teachers who shaped them, and to reconnect with friends who walked the same hallways, some repurposed for current needs.

No grand speeches but a simple address from the current Principal, Mr Aloysius Ting and Mr Rupert Gwee, current president of The Patrician Society kick started the afternoon. One truth remains: our story continues whenever alumni come back, share memories, and encourage the next generation. Student-to-Teacher, Mr Edmund Rodriguez couldn't have expressed it better; We are a championship building family.
This is family, diverse but one, spread wide across ages, Sons and Daughters of St Patrick's, this family always finds its way home.

Death Anniversary.
To many of us, he is ‘Brother Joe’
Brother John Joseph McNally (b. 1923, Ballintubber, Ireland – d. 27 August 2002, County Mayo, Ireland), is a De La Salle Christian Brother who had dedicated 37 years of his life to teaching in Singapore and Malaysia.

He was our school’s director / principal from 1975 to 1982. His legacy to us and to Singapore are in the areas of Education, The Arts and in the Inter-Religious relationships in our country.

He is also renowned as a sculptor and artist and was also the founder and President Emeritus of the La Salle-SIA College of the Arts.

As Singapore marks 61 years of independence, we have so much to be grateful for. We've grown up in a nation known for its safety, efficiency, and stability — where things often run as planned, and solutions are never too far away. It's easy to believe that if we work hard enough or plan well enough, we can stay in control of our lives.

But life has a way of reminding us otherwise. Plans change, unexpected crosses come, and we're faced with the humbling truth that not everything will go according to our plans. As Christians, we're invited to loosen our grip and place our trust in God instead.

Following Jesus isn't about having everything under control — it's about surrendering our lives to the One who does. Sometimes, the greatest act of faith isn't holding on tighter, but letting God lead the way.
