Chris's style of cooking is a reflection of his East and West experiences.
Our menu is deliberately kept small so we can provide you with quality authentic food at affordable prices. After spending his formative years in Singapore, he lived in the UK and ate his way across Europe. Chris holds a degree from the LSE and has also completed a Diploma in Culinary Arts from At-Sunrice. Additionally he has staged at St John Restaurant in London and has also trained under Bruno Menard, a three-Michelin star chef.
