•Group class I was also trained in BODYCOMBAT and BODYJAM.
realized my dream to motivate people to change their lifestyle through my fitness and yoga classes. As a member of a fitness centre with a variety of classes that I attended each week, I feel inspired by many passionate and energetic instructors through these classes. I was approached by a few inspiring instructors to take up the training. In 2005, I was trained in Les Mills programs, and subsequently achieved international certifications in RPM (a high intensity indoor cycling program), BODYBALANCE (Tai-chi, Yoga and Pilates) and BODYPUMP (High intensity, fat burning weights training program). A FISAF certified Group Fitness instructor. A yoga class in 2003 has left me feeling physically energised and refreshing. I love and seek the peace and calmness of each practice The practice, and feel how amazing that the sequence of the practice combining stretches different part of the body and building strength at the same time. I learned to address common injuries and manage stress from hectic work schedule. In 2007, my passion for Yoga has lead me to do my first yoga teacher training and many more after that to adopt a more holistic approach so that I can impart these skills and knowledge not just to myself but also to my clients and students. I have had the experience to work with clients and people with conditions of chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, spondylitis, lower back and disc injury, sciatica, neck and shoulder injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, to name a few. My gratitude goes out to all the yoga teachers that I have interacted with. Most of all, Ana Forrest who created this system of yoga that I could see my true self by practising Forrest Yoga. To deal with fear and my dark spots (past incidents/experience that left scar and pain in my body and heart), that I would never imagined myself doing. Each time when I practise, it becomes easier, brighter and I have started to see light from these experiences of dealing with it and it wasn't so bad after all. Taking these experiences and turn these sh*ts into fertilizer as Ana says it. Use this fertilizer to nourish myself and feed what it is empty inside, to fill the spaces with magic and aliveness. Because if I don't, garbage will be filled up again. My Intent
I teach with an intent of encouraging my students to breathe deeply, to feel, to clear through the backlogs and pains that they endure for years. I communicate authentically to guide my students to go deeper and see beyond the layers that clog with numbness and pain physically, emotionally, and mentally. I guide, assist and develop presence and self awareness in class. My trainings
