この本は日本人が英語を学ぶときに直面する問題や課題について書かれています。
アマゾン、楽天、紀伊國屋書店等で購入できる他、全国200カ所の図書館でも読むことが出来ます。

この本を書いたのは西方毅先生です。
彼は2009年にフィリピンでASET Schoolというオンライン英会話スクールを設立し、彼自身は広告による生徒集めやウェブサイトの作成等、日本での運営面を取り仕切り、授業や講師育成などの運営を私に任せてくれました。
先週、彼が手術の合併症で亡くなったことを知りました。私だけでなく、彼を知るすべての人にとって本当に心が痛むことでした。

去年の6月に彼からこの本を受け取ったとき、彼は「手術は簡単だし、成功率は99％以上だから心配しなくていいよ」と言っていました。彼はとてもポジティブな人で、誰かに悲しい思いや心配をさせたくないと思っていました。彼の素晴らしさ、優しさ、忍耐強さは言葉では表現できません。
西片先生は本当に素晴らしい方で、尊敬を受けるのに相応しい人生を歩まれたと思います。

To my Japanese friends, I’d like to recommend this book to those of you who are learning how to speak in English for school, business, travel, or for just any purpose that you might have. It talks about some problems or issues which Japanese people face when learning the language. It is available at Amazon, Rakuten, Kinokuniya, and can also be found in 200 libraries around Japan.

This book was written by Mr. Tsuyoshi Nishikata. In 2009, he established an Online English School in the Philippines called ASET School and he gave me the privilege to manage it while he handled the operations in Japan, like the gathering of students through advertisements and website development. Just last week, we learned that he passed away due to some complications from his surgery. It was truly heartbreaking for me and for all those who knew him.

When I received this copy of his book from him last June, he told me that his surgery would be a simple one and that I didn’t need to worry because he said that the success rate is over 99%. He was such a positive person and he never wanted anyone to feel sad or worried. Words are not enough to describe how wonderful, kind, and patient he was. Mr. Nishikata was an incredible person and lived a life that deserves honoring. Thank you sir, we will never forget you.

To all the English learners out there, I encourage you to strive harder to achieve your goals. Have patience and determination. It may not be as fast and easy as you would want it to be, but with every little step you make, you'll acquire something along the way. Just look at these flowers, they are so beautiful and elegant, did they just grow like this in a day? Have a good night's rest everyone!

This place is awesome. A picture isn't enough to describe its true identity, you really have to see it yourself to enjoy the atmosphere this place gives.
