By 2030, one in every four Singaporeans will be aged 65 or older. Despite increasing life expectancy, many may spend their last decades in poor health.
Between the ages of 40 and 70, healthy adults can lose up to 8% of their muscle mass per decade; after 70, the rate of loss increases to 15% per decade.
As we journey through life, the risk of developing health conditions rises, making it crucial to take steps towards living well and ageing gracefully.

After visit my 102yo Uncle, we went to So Green at Djitsun Mall in Bedok for vegetarian dinner. Vegetarian kimchi Orh Lak, Olive fried rice, Truffle Ramen and Bittergourd tofu soup.

Happy New Year everyone!
How is your New Year celebrations?
After send off 2025, we welcome 2026 with a healthy start of the day. I was surprised to see many people both young and older adults exercising at ActiveSG Gym this morning.
My hubby and his friends went for badminton game.
So, I go with my 78yo sister in law to the ActiveSG Gym for our regular workout exercise before having lunch at Zuya Vegetarian cafe.
To avoid the new year eve crowds, we have early celebrations with my sister & family at MBS for dinner, and watch the Light show at Marina Bay infront of MBS Shopees building.
Catch up with all of you again in 2026.
Wish you and your family good health and happiness. May your dreams come true in 2026.

After a refreshing walk at Bedok Reservoir Park with my family, we have Plant-based Dinner at So Green in Djitsun Mall in Bedok.
They serve both Western and Asian vegetarian cuisine - tasty and healthy, no mock stuff, some dishes are vegan too.
