We were honoured to welcome Minister Chee Hong Tat, Minister for National Development and Member of Parliament for Bishan–Toa Payoh GRC, to our MindChamps Bishan Family Day – Walk for Good event in support of the Children’s Aid Society.
From joining us during the warm-up session to flagging off the walk, Minister Chee’s presence added so much energy and meaning to the event. It was heartwarming to see families and Champs come together for a day filled with smiles, laughter, and acts of kindness.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mr Alvin Goh, Executive Director of the Children’s Aid Society, and the wonderful CAS team for partnering with us on this meaningful initiative. Thank you for the important work you do in supporting children and youths in need, and for helping us create opportunities for our Champs to learn the value of compassion, empathy, and giving back to the community.

🌟 MindChamps Preschool @ Bishan 🌟🦁🐘🐾 Wild fun in the kitchen during Gourmet Moments! 🍽️✨
Our Champs explored the theme “Wild Animals” through exciting hands-on food preparation experiences! From rolling, scooping, pressing, spreading, to assembling, Champs practised important fine motor and self-help skills while creating adorable animal-themed snacks 🥪🧀🍓
Using fruits, crackers, bread, cheese, vegetables, and sauces, our little chefs got creative making fun snacks such as walruses 🦭 and spiders 🕷️ — sparking imagination and hands-on exploration along the way! 🎨👩🍳
Champs also enjoyed tasting yummy treats like waffles 🧇, animal-shaped spaghetti 🍝, and sushi 🍣 while learning about textures, colours, shapes, and flavours 🌈
Through these fun culinary experiences, Champs developed confidence, creativity, hand-eye coordination, and independence while making meaningful connections to the Wild Animals theme 🐾💛
