The Big Mac Index, conceptualised by the incredibly brainy chaps at The Economist, is their version of purchasing-power parity (PPP) exchange rates. This year they released an interactive version of The Big Mac Index, so do have a go at it and think about what you've learnt recently about exchange rate markets, and how would the PPP exchange rate differ from the market exchange rate IF the country undervalues the currency.
