You are right to say the Fans will run. You are also right to say it will not run. These are the designs of the Remote Control Panel of the Essential Fans.

For communication between a Local Panel (next to MV Fans) to Remote Control Panel (in FCC Room or Guard House), there maybe hundreds of cables layed in the building.

Using PLC system for these communication only need two numbers of cable. It can greatly help to reduced the cost of cables used.
