Yesterday, I was a guest speaker and panelist at Breast Cancer Foundation event. I was asked to speak of ‘from fear to inspiration’.

I am grateful for having learned from 120 graduates of After Breast Cancer Celebrate Life program. While facilitating them, i discover the automatic negative thoughts and fears that they have. They show me that it’s possible for them to embrace empowering thoughts and live a life of joy and purpose again.

Founder Wendy was in Istanbul to facilitate a women’s event with her partner last week before flying to Buenos Aires, Argentina to join another partner to facilitate a few sessions, and launch the Spanish version of The WAND way to Resilience.

Founder Wendy’s relentless pursuit of growth as a leader brings her to writing another paper. This time it’s to reflect on the feedback given in the 360 survey done during INSEAD’s International Directors Program.
As we coach leaders to reflect on their strengths and weaknesses, and create a development plan, it is also important that we at WAND walk that talk.

What’s your development plan for 2024?

Founder Wendy is working from California this week. Today she prepares for 18 January’s Academy for Women Entrepreneurs forum 3. Check out her innovative iPad stand.

What are you thankful for in 2023? Even the burdens could have brought wisdom n sparked courage and resilience.

Founder Wendy facilitated the kick off of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs from her study while 30 participants, 10 mentors and other guests gathered in person.
Being covid positive does not dampen her positive ‘the show must go on’ spirit. Using technology and having a reliable team on-site helps!
