The Coach Partnership

The Coach Partnership Delivering the Newfield suite of ontological learning for Coaches, Leaders, Managers, Professionals and Individuals in Asia. http://www.thecoachpartnership.com

The Coach Partnership is part of a network of companies across the globe with an extended team of highly trained and experienced trainers and senior executive coaches. In addition to the Newfield suite of coach training programs we also offer high impact leadership development programs and executive coaching via our sister company, TWP. We have thousands of graduates all over the world driven and

united by the fact that we care deeply that human beings live meaningful and successful lives and work with others in deep and powerful ways. Our programs are targeted primarily at:
• Leaders and managers looking to improve their ability to deliver results through people and develop talent
• Practicing coaches who wish to learn the Newfield distinctions
• Those planning to enter the field of coaching
• Professionals in fields such as law, medicine, finance, science or relationship management, who simply want to be more effective when working with people.
• Anyone looking to improve the way they relate to people at work or in their personal lives

What makes our approach unique is that we bring the experts to you. Many coaching schools offer frequent small classes that are led by graduates of the program or one or two leaders who teach the whole curriculum. The Newfield Ontological curriculum is complex. It requires an in-depth study of Language, Emotions, Somatics (the body) and Coaching. We believe that a deeper learning experience is provided when we bring together experts in each of these fields. These experts have studied their area in ways that a generalist cannot. As a result, we usually only run one class per year. In any Newfield program you will work with a full faculty of experts – often 5 or more - in each of the specific domains of Body / Somatics, Emotions, Language and Coaching. You then go on to work individually with elite coaches from all over the world. Our current team of experts and coaches come from America, South America, Asia and Europe.

Curious about what the body has to do with coaching, leadership and change?

In celebration of and in conjunction with our upcoming Somatic Workshop in Singapore, we are hosting a complimentary introductory evening with Croft Edwards, MCC and Sari Marsden, PCC. for anyone curious about the Newfield ontological approach and wanting to experience it firsthand.

Through simple experiential activities, we will explore the body as a powerful domain for learning and change.
What happens when we shift the way we breathe, stand or move? Could a subtle change in the body change how we see a situation — and, in turn, open up different responses and new possibilities for action?

This evening is designed to make the ontological approach accessible, practical and experiential. No prior coaching experience is needed.

This year, we are celebrating the 20th Newfield Coach Certification Program in Asia—a milestone made possible by every student, graduate, faculty member, coach, and learning partner who has been part of this journey. 🥳

Our theme, The Power of Becoming, reminds us that coaching is not simply about learning new skills. It is about becoming a different observer, expanding who we are, and creating new possibilities for ourselves and those we serve.

Whether you are aspiring to become a coach or ready to take your personal development, leadership, and coaching practice to the next level, we would love to welcome you to our next cohort and invite you to join our global community of leaders and coaches. 🌎

As part of our commitment to supporting the coaching profession, we are delighted to offer a special Renewal Pathway rate for ICF-certified coaches.
Eligible coaches will receive 25% off the first part of our flagship program, where YOU, not coaching technique, are the subject matter.
In addition to 6 conference days and the associated webinars, you will also receive coaching from a senior ontological coach, and CCEUs to recertify or upgrade from ACC to PCC. 🚀 This is a one-time offer to celebrate this milestone.

To learn more about the program, visit The Coach Partnership website: www.thecoachpartnership.com
To find out more about the ICF-certified coach discount or to speak with our team, please email: [email protected].

Most of us believe that if we want a different life, we need different circumstances - we work harder, learn new skills and search for better strategies.

Join us for a complimentary Learning Evening where we explore how our ability to observe, through the ontological approach, influences leadership, relationships and the way we navigate life's challenges.

The statistics on employee disengagement are sobering.

According to the Singapore Workplace Report 2026, 86% of employees in Singapore are disengaged, at an estimated cost of US$73.6 billion in lost productivity annually.

So what can organisations do?

In a recent contribution to The Business Times, Marcus Marsden explores why sustainable engagement is ultimately a human challenge. Employees experience organisations largely through their managers, and everyday leadership practices matter.

Key capabilities include:
🔹 Developing greater self-awareness
🔹 Listening beyond the task at hand
🔹 Coaching, not just directing
🔹 Building trust, accountability and ownership

As organisations continue investing in technology and AI, the human capabilities that enable people to perform, collaborate and thrive have never been more important.

As Marcus writes:
"The uncomfortable truth is that employee engagement happens through conversation. The inconvenient truth is that AI can't do it for you."

💬 What do you believe is the single biggest factor driving employee engagement in today's workplace?

Thrilled to bring Angela Cusack to Asia as part of the celebration of the 20th programme in Asia. 💜

Today, together with The Works Partnership, we had the privilege of partnering with the Coaching Academy at PETRONAS Leadership Centre for a day of learning, and exploration around leadership and team coaching.

The conversations throughout the day centred around two important themes.💡

First, the evolving practice of team coaching—exploring the distinctions between group coaching and team coaching, the modalities that support team development, and the influence a leader’s internal orientation has on team performance and culture.

Second, the foundations of high-performing teams. Angela invited participants to consider how leaders create the conditions for success through context, conversation, commitments, moods and emotions, and trust.

What made the day meaningful was not only the learning, but also the quality of inquiry, dialogue, and engagement in the room. 🎉

Thank you to the Coaching Academy at Petronas Leadership Centre and everyone who joined us in continuing the conversation about what it takes to lead, coach, and create the conditions for teams to thrive.🌎
