The Opening Ceremony of the 60th RELC International Conference was graced by Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Dr. Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Md Salleh, Minister of Education, Brunei Darussalam & SEAMEO Council President. The session also featured a performance by the Catholic Junior College Choir.
