We were just made aware that we’ve been recognized as the #1 for Customer Service in E-Learning for 2025-26 by The Straits Times. Honestly, we had no idea this was coming, and it feels incredibly humbling.
What makes this so meaningful is that it’s a reminder that when we stay true to our aim to deliver what our clients truly need, good things happen—sometimes in ways we least expect.
We are truly, deeply grateful for the trust and support of everyone we’ve had the privilege to work with. Thank you for being part of this journey. We look forward to continuing to serve you however we can.

Starting off with a Service Programme for UOB Malaysia.... LEAD Right By You and SERVICE Right By You... using a mix of MCLS-facilitated workshops for Leaders, Pilot Runs for the branches based in KL, followed by Train-The-Trainer sessions... let us all deliver the best service we can! 10/10!
As part of OCBC's regional launch for OCBC LeAP (Learning Agility Power!)... MCLS Malaysia launched the first runs for OCBC Malaysia Wholesale and Corporate Banking ... remember to always practice learnish language and to work on our learning mindsets and muscles... Looking forward to spreading the word on LeAP!
