Module 3 starts off with a gentle, very self-work directed intensive day. We steer away from all the "tactical" aspects of career coaching which AI can do far better than us now.

Instead, CCI Coaches learn the 5 pillars behind career fulfilment coaching that deep dive into the person - the creator - of his/her life and their chosen work.

This is just the beginning! More to unfold coaches!

This 6 month coach training journey wasn't easy. Everything that you were not ready to face, came up again. You faced it with courage, and stepped up into your lives.

This is what forges coaches with character and principles. Walking the talk, facing themselves, and finding meaning to continue doing what's right for self and others.

Your coaching competencies are a by-the-way. We hope you found the real gift within, during this 6 month period.

The journey has just started. It's why we don't call this last workshop "graduation" 🤪

No, we didn't watch Austin Powers for inspiration. But we did learn to bring on the "grooooovy babbbyyy" into the way we coached.

Because in the Advanced coach training modules, coaches learn how to coach with more grace, more chill, more creativity and more swag.

It helps that the cohort brought together such a variety of personalities and backgrounds, which helps us learn through a diversity of perspectives and styles.

We had a fun and fulfilling 1.5 days together, with many moments of laughter, alongside some sombering ones.

We brought in a guest Coachee for the last session of the Transformational Life Coach Certification.

From this experience, coaches were able to notice how they coached differently compared to before their Advanced training module 👏🏻

👉🏻 Picking up what they otherwise would have missed
👉🏻 Clearly seeing the coachee's thought and speech patterns
👉🏻 Knew how to use this information to shape their coaching approach
👉🏻 Could see through and CUT through the fluff to land the Coachee at the end
👉🏻 More courage to get creative with the coaching process!

A milestone in the making over the last 4, 5 years. These coaches crossed the finishing line of the Advanced Coach Development program.

What did this take?

🤩 Demonstrating PCC LEVEL COACHING through multiple rounds of performance evaluations.

They will go straight through to their PCC credential upon achieving 500 coaching hours and passing their ICF Exam.

🤩 140 over gold-standard-coach-training hours, most being LIVE training hours.

🤩 Hundreds of hours of coaching others

🤩 Working on themselves - breaking through biases and limitations, finding courage and discipline and self-believe

🤩 Finding and enrolling coachees and paying clients

It's a marathon. It's not easy as you will be challenged. But the rigour on all the above disciplines is what makes a great coach.

Congratulations coaches. I hope the faculty made it more enjoyable and meaningful for you because you certainly did, for us 💕

🌱 Good things take time.

5 years ago, we sat on the other side of the screen, facing the senior management leaders.

The entire 13 hour coaching skills training program had to be shifted online because we had entered into the Covid lockdown period.

Now, 5 years later, we get to work with the extended leadership team.

Kicking off a full day with both cohorts this week! But it doesn't end here - the leaders have 3 continuous learning sessions lined up over the next month, with assignments to coach their team members in-between.

Thank you to our client who has entrusted us with bringing to life a vision that was planted many years ago. And for recognizing that "if this was meant to be a tick-in-the-box training, I would not have called you in."
