Specialized in bread making, cake baking, dim sum making, Nyonya kueh making, oriental cooking, vege Establised since 1984.
Being a pioneer confectionery training center, the center offers domestic and professional courses for different classes of people; for instance, the working executives, housewives and students. Over the years, our short courses have received overwhelming responses from clubs and private institutions. Up to date, more than 10,000 students have graduated from our center, equipped with the essential skills needed for them to handle cooking of all sorts.
