✨Hanoi Training | Day 3 ✨

This day was all about demonstration and practice.

We began with our therapists modelling how an intervention class is structured - one hour sessions across each key domain: gross and fine motor skills, language and communication skills, and cognitive skills. We had the privilege of working with the sisters’ students during this segment, providing a live and practical example of how strategies can be implemented meaningfully with children with special needs.

After observing, it was the sisters’ turn to step into the role. They conducted their own demonstrations with different students, applying what they have learned over the past few days.

Finally, we concluded the training with a Q&A session, a short assessment to reflect on their learning progress, and a simple but heartfelt thank you ceremony to mark the end of our time together.

To the sisters, thank you for your attention, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the children you teach. It has been a true privilege to journey alongside you.

✨Hanoi Training | Day 2 ✨

We started the day with a thoughtful Q&A session, building on reflections and questions from Day 1. From there, we expanded into deeper discussions and practical strategies, which includes:
🧠sensory integration
✍️gross and fine motor activities
🪑adapting learning for the classroom
📱augmentative and alternative communication (AAC)

It was very encouraging to see the sisters being so dedicated and willing to learn. Very grateful to journey alongside them as we strengthen out shared commitment to supporting every child’s development🧡
