The ACE Youth Academy is a social work internship employment programme started to provide youths who do not have the conventional educational route an alternate platform and opportunity to be trained and groomed to become a full professional. It is run by full time social workers and experts in the 2 professional fields. The 2 professional positions offered for this programme are: Events Manager a
nd Outreach Youth Worker. We welcome any youths who are keen to learn, keen to upgrade and are motivated to try to break out of their current educational situation to come work and be trained by us! The package includes socio-emotional and mental preparation training, team building, on the job mentoring, and salary for all our youths employees for all sessions. It is not the paper or qualification, it is the heart for learning that matters!
