🌱 Growing Vegetables for the Community

From planting and caring for our crops to finally harvesting the vegetables, our students experienced the joy of seeing their efforts bear fruit — and knowing that their harvest would go towards blessing the community. 💚

Along the way, the project also became an opportunity to care for the environment. With the support of our parents, students and staff, we collected 100 used cartons, giving them a new purpose in this meaningful growing journey.

From the King of Fruits (and fruity favourites for everyone else!) to a cool ice cream treat on another day, we made time to pause, connect and simply enjoy one another’s company.

Because amidst the busyness, intentionally creating time to strengthen relationships makes our JPS community that much sweeter. 💙

Joy in Science Day was all about curiosity, discovery and learning through play! 🔍🌿From exploring our Eco Garden and taking on House challenges to leaf printing, games and more, our students enjoyed a recess filled with opportunities to wonder, explore and have fun.

Seeing the world through someone else’s eyes changes the way we see our own. 💙 Through the Make-A-Change Inclusivity Showcase, our Primary 5 students helped younger peers experience the challenges faced by persons with disabilities while learning empathy, kindness and inclusion.

From hands-on challenges to meaningful conversations, every activity encouraged students to look beyond differences and build a more caring and inclusive community.
