This is our final run of Power-To-Train workshop for this year. This is a workshop that I really love to deliver, as it will dispel many myths in delivering impactful workshop, such as:
a) Engagement is about charisma of the trainer
b) More information is critical for my workshop
c) Many participants are "forced" to attend a workshop, is difficult to buy them into the workshop

I had conducted this workshop in various form since 2015 🤗🤗🤗. Over the years, I kept making improvement and I believe the current version is the best.

In all his classrooms, purposeful learning doesn't happen by accident, but is intentionally designed, engineered and can be easily replicated. I have personally used what he taught me to move a room of 200 pax into learning experiences. It really works!

Hey my teacher friends :)

I have been wanting to design a workshop around emotion as part of deeper understanding of mental wellness for a long time. I have been sitting on the idea until I had a chat with Delane Lim about it.

You can't separate mental wellness from emotion because it is 100% emotional experiences.

Also I was explaining that engaging students in classroom can be challenging for teachers thus making it stressful fo teachers.

As a result of the conversation, I am co-organising with Character & Leadership Academy, Singapore a "conference" in October as part of Mental Health month activity. Normally this conference focuses on youths, but this time it will focus on Teachers' Mental Well Being.

During the conference, you will learn tools around around mental health and attend two workshops conducted by me. One on Engagement and one on Nuances of Emotion.

Each school can send two teachers for free, the 3rd teacher onward is only charge $75.

It's a workshop suitable for corporate as well as for anyone who is keen to lead a group. This group can be social or voluntary too. These skills are applicable for any leaders who want to practise being mindful in front of their team to enable engaging and meaningful conversations to take place.
