π Top 10 in Singapore. Trusted by parents. Driven by kindness. π
We are proud to share that One World International School (OWIS) Singapore has been recognised as a winner in the 2026 Edarabia Parentsβ Choice Awards, ranking among the Top 10 schools out of 115 institutions reviewed across the region.
This recognition reflects the trust of our families, the dedication of our educators, and the enthusiasm of our students who make such a special place to learn and grow.
While we are honoured by this recognition, we see it as a celebration of the people behind itβour parents, students, teachers, and staff. They are the heart of OWIS and this recognition is a reflection of the vibrant school community that makes OWIS what it is.

Along with the joy and pride π₯Ήπ felt throughout the ceremony, there was also sense of excited trepidation - these young graduates would be stepping into roles that require greater self-responsibility, an active curiosity about the world around them, and a willingness to understand and accept complex concepts.
Well, it is a good thing that the OWIS kindness-led and inquiry-led educational approaches have prepared these future leaders to tackle these challenges head on withe empathy and open-mindedness.
Remember OWIS students, it's alright (natural even) to be apprehensive about the future - remind yourselves that if you've made it to this milestone, your experiences and key learnings [both gained and future ones] will fortify you for the journey ahead!

But in the meantime, remember to enjoy the holiday break! πππ

FINAL DAY OF SPIRIT WEEK - AND THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!π»πππ
The OWIS Otters showed us their school spirit!
As part of the final festivities, our Grade 6β9 students put on an ultimate Showstopper Presentation!
Having spent the last few days unleashing their inner designers, and having been given complete creative freedom and resources, they built custom class mascots completely from scratch.
From bold themes to incredible craftsmanship, the Multi-Purpose Hall was buzzing with energy as each class representative took the stage to share the inspiration behind their unique designs.
Huge congratulations to all the students for their phenomenal teamwork, and a massive thank you to our judges and teachers for supporting this creative journey! What a way to send off our OWIS students!

5 June 2026 - OWIS Nanyang executed its highly anticipated TOK Exhibition! π
During the exhibition, our IBDP Grade 11 students showcased how deeply connected to the world knowledge can be - through real objects, experiences, and issues that matter to them. Their presentations showcased the students' deep curiosity and long-honed critical-thinking skills - a testament to the kindness-led and inquiry-led learning methods imparted since the primary grades.
We also celebrated the first graduate cohort of educators who completed the GSG Knowledge Facilitator Training Programme - further proof of OWIS's commitment towards mastering inquiry-based learning and fostering meaningful discussions in the classroom.
OWIS's TOK Exhibition establishes how learning is about more than just finding the right answerβ it's about asking thoughtful questions, exploring different perspectives, and growing together as a community of empathetic life-long learners. πβ¨

Day 2 of TOKx at OWIS Nanyang challenged our Grade 11 students to look beyond easy answers and first impressions.
Yesterday, across four thought-provoking talks, students explored how ethics, responsibility, identity, leadership, uncertainty, and personal experiences shape the way we understand the world. Through real-life stories and reflections, they were encouraged to question assumptions, embrace complexity, and recognise that growth often comes from discomfort, mistakes, and seeing things from a different perspective.
As students prepared for their Theory of Knowledge Exhibition, TOKx continues to nurture curious, reflective, and open-minded learners who are ready to engage thoughtfully with the world around them. πβ¨
