We are happy to bring to you the Gariwerd Experience. Gariwerd is the traditional Aboriginal name for the Grampians mountain range in Victoria, Australia, meaning "pointed mountains".
From experiencing aboriginal native flavours to hikes and living on a campsite in comfort and relaxation.
Following us on the journey of self discovery and exploration.

Most people underestimate the power of proper breathing — it’s not just about oxygen in, carbon dioxide out. Deep, controlled breaths help activate your parasympathetic nervous system (your body’s recovery mode), reducing stress hormones and improving circulation to muscles and tissues.
✅ Breathe through your nose, not your mouth
✅ Use your diaphragm — feel your ribs expand, not your shoulders
✅ Exhale slowly to signal calm and recovery
Better breathing = better sleep, better focus, and faster muscle repair.

Keeping it simple
Posture has and will always play a role in many things we do. In exercise to solving these problems also stem from fundamentals of exercises. Getting those right and balanced would essentially solve that problem.

Why Progressive Overload Matters
Progressive overload is a foundational principle in exercise. It means gradually increasing the challenge placed on your body—by raising weight, intensity, reps, or volume—so your muscles and fitness continually improve. This method ensures steady gains and helps avoid plateaus.
Why Start with Bodyweight and Light Resistance?
- Builds Proper Form & Technique: Starting with lighter exercises, especially bodyweight moves, helps you learn correct movements. Good form is crucial to prevent injuries when you progress to heavier weights.
- Strengthens Stabilizer Muscles: Light resistance and bodyweight exercises train your core and stabilizer muscles, which protect joints and support your body in heavier lifts.
- Condition Your Tendons & Joints: Gradually progressing lets your connective tissues adapt, lowering your risk of strains, sprains, and other injuries.
- Foundational Strength: You build a solid base, making your body resilient and better prepared for more advanced, intense training.

As you master the basics:
- You steadily increase resistance in small increments (progressive overload)
