When Soror - The Sisters Edit first reached out with an invitation to feature me on their platform, I was excited and conflicted at the same time.
It is an honor to be able to play a part to inspire and empower other women in the community to be powerful forces of change in the world. At the same time, I had to contend with being openly vulnerable about my past struggles which I have kept mostly private all these years.
In the end, my 2024 intention to bring more whole self out more, and connect the less known parts of myself to others, helped propel me forward.
The interview questions were thought-provoking and challenged me to go deep and integrate my journey through the difficult times of my formative years, the transition from a corporate career to running a coaching business Collective Change Institute , to provide meaningful lessons and wisdom to the community.
This is a journey towards purpose and impact, and ultimately fulfillment.
If you resonate with my story, or are curious about your own path towards fulfillment, feel free to connect to learn more about how we can work together to unlock your future. Let's continue to uplift and support each other on this journey! ๐ช๐

Did you know that leadership is reported lacking in 77 % of organizations?
This often results in low employee engagement, low productivity, low morale and ultimately higher turnover, higher costs and declining profitability.
We often talk about the qualities good leaders should have and aspire to, and yet leadership is still lacking at many levels.
Leaders who are given the privilege to receive coaching as a form of leadership development and incentive sometimes don't see the need to improve, change or grow.
This points to a general lack of awareness and ownership, which are key ingredients for change to happen.
If you are a leader, here are 7 tell-tale signs to assess if your leadership is lacking in any way, and to begin to identify areas in which you could begin to improve your leadership, inspire your team and create the impact you desire!

Leadership Coaching can transform leaders and organizations, providing tremendous fulfillment for coaches. However, this group of clients can also be one of the most challenging for coaches to work with, especially at the mid-senior level. Leadership coaches have a lot more to prove to obtain the trust, respect, and listening of these leaders, especially at the beginning of the engagement.
I had the pleasure of speaking at the Malaysian Coaches March Round Table on The Art of Impactful Leadership Coaching on Saturday, where I shared the formula to tackling challenges which arise when coaching leaders.
The six core principles of impactful leadership coaching create a clear purpose for coaching, allows the coach to value-add meaningfully in the process, while using leverage they already have.
I enjoyed connecting with Malaysian Coaches, in particular the active discussion around challenging situations and cases which leaders face. All the best in integrating the nuggets of wisdom into your coaching, to create the desired impact and fulfillment through the leaders you coach!!
Victor Loke thanks for organizing the session and doing what you do!!

Extremely honored to be part of the campaign for initiated by Neetha Sanjay!
To acknowledge is one of the hardest things many grapple with. The incessant need to achieve, to match up to what society deems as successful, in order to be enough, to be seen and accepted by others is a common human affliction. This continues to affect many in spite of having achieved (sometimes overachieved) what we set out to do, and can take a toll over time.
Taking a pause and giving space to be present to what we have learnt, how we have grown, and what we have achieved is the first step to take to acknowledge and become more integrated as a person. It is also from this place of enoughness which we create a life we desire and experience the fulfillment, joy and abundance we seek.
Taking this opportunity to acknowledge the amazing women whom I connected with through Collective Change Institute: Lin Tan , ICF Master Certified Coach, Jada Seet, Desiree Tung, Teng Nging TAN, Arundhati Raghavan, Emily Orcullo, Darryl Loh, Sheila Town, Kathryn Woof, Natalie Eng and more! Thank you for being you and inspiring in your own way :)
