Dear 2023 O-level Additional Maths students, in preparation for tomorrow's paper, please take note of the following:

1. Please sleep early! Your brain need sufficient rest to think clearly tomorrow.

2. Please bring along all stationery - i.e. your pencil, ruler, eraser, construction set, curve ruler/french curve, calculators

3. Please do not leave blank! The first few parts of the question are usually the easiest to score. So get them!

*4. If you are stuck at a question for too long, move on first. I can't stress how important this is as you will be sacrificing on the potential marks that you can obtain for other questions if you do not move on first!! By moving on first and revisiting the question at a later timing, you may see and understand the question from a different perspective and you may then solve it! Your mind will focus differently when other questions are already done!

5. If the question is more than 1 mark, you will need to show ALL workings. Marks are awarded for steps in your working. You don't want to get ZERO marks when you make a careless mistake!

6. Please read the question carefully! Sometimes it may be a trick question..

Tomorrow will be your Paper 2 of Additional Maths O'levels. Topics that are not out yet in Paper 1 are:
1) Binomial Theorem
2) Linear Law
3) Logarithm
Go pick up some questions on these topics and practise them.
