In Rhythm & Groove, we believe that in addition to rhythmic gymnastics being all about technical jumps, balances, pivots as well as heart-stopping acrobatic movements while an apparatus is in flight, it is equally important that a rhythmic gymnast appreciates music and understands expression and different dance types to incorporate into her routine. ic is a big reason why Rhythm & Groove was set up. Children should be be exposed to different genres of music and find their own beat that is innate in every individual. After discovering their groove, they will be able to incorporate facial and body expressions to bring each routine to life.

Come and try out for our Competitive and Elite pathways!

📅 8 March, Sunday
📍 R&G Arena @ Winstedt (10 Winstedt Road, Block D)
🎟️ Trial participation is FREE

9.30am – 11.00am
• Level 1 Competitive Team (Ages 5–6)
• Level 2 Pre-Competitive & Competitive Team (Ages 6–9)

11.00am – 12.30pm
• Level 3 Pre-Competitive & Competitive Team (Ages 7–10)
• International Pathway Elite & Competitive Programme (Ages 6–8)

Gymnasts will be guided through a series of exercises for our coaches to assess, and the results will be shared within the week🥇

Please come prepared with:
✅ Training attire, neat hair, training socks/barefoot
✅ Water bottle and small towel
✅ Rope and ball if you have them
