We had a successful StratComAPAC2019 workshop with an incredible blend of experts from social media companies, academics, industry and ministries. Here are some photos for Day 2 held at Twitter Singapore, where experts discuss the psychology behind misinformation and the influence of disinformation on national security and election integrity.

We welcome Prof Francisco Pereira from DTU to give us a talk on "Predicting for the Adaptive Transport System" on 10 April 2019 at 3 PM, EEE Executive Seminar Room, NTU, Singapore His talk will focus on ongoing and past work from DTU, MIT, CISUC and SMART/MIT related to treatment of non-recurrent events in transportation, and its interaction with system optimization.

Please register and join us for a two day workshop organized by the Institute of Media Innovation, NTU, Singapore. The workshop is on 19th March (11 AM to 5 PM) and 20th March (9 AM to 5 PM). I am glad to be the keynote speaker for the fifth international conference, ICBSII 2019 on 15th of March. I will talk about the application of AI to neurology. The conference is at SSN College of Engineering, Kalavakkam, Tamil Nadu, India

Fascinating research by Roberto Martinez-Maldonado from UTS on position sensing of students and teachers, presented at . This technology is quite useful to provide feedback to teachers and students on their activities in the classroom.

It was our pleasure once again to host Prof. Dr. Tanaka at NTU campus. He shared his interesting research about the effect of music familiarity on EEG Entrainment. Received great response from the audiences as well. Thanks Dr. Tanaka, we hope to see you again at NTU

Today Victoria Chua presented our paper "Technologies for automated analysis of co-located real life physical learning spaces: Where are we now?" at . We are grateful for the numerous excellent questions. There is still much to be explored for AI in physical classrooms.

We welcome Dr. T. Tanaka of Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology to share his research on “Music Familiarity Affects EEG Entrainment When Little Attention Is Paid”. The talk will be held on 6 March 2019 at EEE Executive Seminar Room (S2.2-B2-53), NTU Campus. See you there !
