Here’s to continue doing good in whatever capacity we can ☺️

Going back to the Alma Mater to conduct a sustainability workshop is always the best.

Throwback to last year when we worked with to teach participants how to make beeswax wrap!

Seeing how the juniors are taking steps to spread the message of sustainability and how the community has grown since the time I was there.

It’s always good to be back and re-live the student days when I was in the environment club and where TSP first began!

True story - Got this message from my family member a week before Lunar New Year because they were so shocked by the amount of New Year cookies container we stored in our office.

Not here to name and shame but I had to stop this karang guni habit of mine this year and unfortunately not collect from the community due to the borderline hoarder I was becoming.

Storing items to give them a second life requires a lot of space, time and effort to sort them and eventually rehome them.

Come take a tour of the saved materials area in our office and you will see why we say that πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I still will collect some containers from my family and friends in my small attempt to rehome them and if you know of anyone who wishes to get these containers, please share in the comments below!

Happy Lunar New Year everyone!

Here is an unconventional guide to a sustainable LNY.

Some steps that are not taken by the majority but can help to make a difference during this festive season!

Wishing everyone health, happiness and good fortune :)

To be a realist, I know that sometimes the creation of waste cannot be avoided for certain occasions.

With the amount of orange peels we will be generating and red packets that might be thrown away/recycled over the next few days, this is our golden chance to spread the message of sustainability with you!

From now until the end of February, we are running a special price of $35/pax (U.P. $50/pax) for either the Orange peel upcycling or Handmade paper.

These 2 workshops were created specifically due to waste from the Lunar New Year.

The workshop is held at our office and is suitable for all ages :)

You are highly encouraged to bring your waste and watch how it gets transformed into something new!

Gotten many request and interest over the past few months asking if we are in need of volunteers.

Taking this opportunity to share about our Treehugger Volunteer Channel where you can find volunteering opportunities from not just ourselves, but other sustainability related organisation as well!

Our volunteer callouts happen as and when we carry out various projects so they are quite limited. But we help other organisation share about their projects too.

Do follow the channel (link in bio!)

If you are a sustainability related organisation that is looking for volunteers, there is also a form that you can fill up so that we can help to post of your opportunity :)
