🎨 Want better AI-generated content? Don’t start by asking AI to “make something nice.”

Before creating, think about 3 things:

1️⃣ What do you want to create?
An image, video, ad or social post?

2️⃣ Who is it for?
Your audience influences the tone, style and message.

3️⃣ What do you want it to achieve?
Inform, entertain, inspire or sell?

💡 Having a clearer idea of what you want makes it easier to guide AI towards the content you have in mind.

At our AI Content Creation Workshop, learners explored different AI tools and discovered how they can be used to create images, videos and other digital content more efficiently.

🚶‍♂️ Making a difference doesn’t always require a big gesture. Sometimes, it simply starts with showing up.

Whether it’s giving your time, volunteering, supporting a cause or lending a hand to someone around you, small actions can add up when a community comes together. ❤️

That was a timely reminder for us at the Community Chest Heartstrings Walk 2026, co-organised by Community Chest and Marina Bay Sands as part of the Sands for Singapore Charity Festival 2026.

We were glad to have our SDA colleagues join the walk and play our small part in supporting the community.

🚀 Anyone can use AI, but knowing how to prompt effectively makes all the difference.

💡 One tip you can try today: Don’t just tell AI what you want. Give it context, a clear goal and the format you want the answer in. The clearer your instructions, the more useful the output can be.

That was one of the key skills learners put into practice at our Effective Prompting for Generative AI Workshop with Trainer Joshua Judah, as they refined their prompts, experimented with different approaches and learnt how to get more out of Generative AI.

🎤 What really makes a fresh graduate stand out to employers today?

Our CEO, Mr Jim Giam Jian Yew, recently joined industry leaders as a panelist at the SPH Media Career Expo 2026 to share his perspectives on how jobseekers can better position themselves as stronger, more desirable candidates.

One key takeaway: 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀. The opportunity to learn, gain exposure and build relevant skills can play an even bigger role in shaping your long-term career.
